G20 High-Level Principles for Promoting Public Sector Integrity Through the Use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs)
This report focuses on three main pillars: 1. Effective and transparent public administration and digital public services, 2. The use of ICT in public engagement with anti-corruption, and 3. the detection, reporting, and investigation of corruption. These principles are built on international standards and recommendations from international organizations, and offer flexibility to allow different countries to apply them efficiently according to their respective legal systems.
