The CorruptionRisk Forecast is built on a new generation of objective corruption indicators. It allows for the forecasting of trends at the country level, giving investors and business strategists insight into future corruption risks, and allows international activists and donors to target countries where interventions can have the greatest impact.
The forecast is based on 12 years of data on corruption control, including 5 components of the IPI: Administrative Transparency, Budget Transparency, Judicial Independence, Press Freedom, and Electronic Citizenship. These trends are moderated by recent political events.
Promoter Entity: The European Research Centre for Anti-Corruption and State-Building(ERCAS).
