Internal Whistleblowing Channel

What is it?

The Internal Whistleblowing Channel is a secure channel that you can use to report any irregularity involving employees of this organization that should be analyzed by a predefined group of experts recruited by the Association. We encourage the use of this channel by anyone, whether or not they have a direct relationship with the organization, including witnesses to acts committed or representatives of those who have witnessed them.

Even though it does not have any employees (50 is the number above which Law 93/2021 obliges the implementation of an internal whistleblowing channel), the Board of All4Integrity considers that the nature of the Association’s mission, its intervention in civil society through different programs/initiatives, and the active collaboration of dozens of volunteers (more than 50), impose the highest possible levels of transparency with which it operates. For the purposes of monitoring the integrity of its employees’ behavior, this internal whistleblowing channel has been set up and made available to everyone.

The menu of grounds for complaint that this channel provides includes infractions that are not explicitly covered by Law 93/2001 but which, due to their seriousness and prevalence in work environments, the All4Integrity Board has decided to include.

Note: You can submit your complaint anonymously or share your identity. If you choose to report anonymously, you may be asked to identify yourself during the investigation. The decision is always yours.
